RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchange

All deals are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchange on dresses and accessories.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

At Miri Bridal, all dresses and accessories are inspected carefully by our staff before it is picked up or shipped out.  Upon pick up or receiving the merchandise from us, please note any damages with our staff at time of delivery or picked up.If you notice the merchandise is damaged/defective, please inform or call us immediately.  

Once customer return all merchandise and accesories, upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, if we find the merchandise to be damaged or defective, we will impose charges for repair or replacement . Customer will incur all charges on damage Merchandise.

If we find the returned merchandise to be free of defects or have been misused, then we will refund customer deposit within 1-3 working days.  

Canceled Order

All dress or accessory booking orders canceled by customer will lose 100% of their deposit .Miri Bridal reserves the right to cancel or refuse any request from customer for return or refund.

Refunds

No refunds or credit will be issued once customer made a reservation/booking since every booking we received will be recorded and Miri Bridal will reject other reservation/booking for fullfill the first order placement . This is standard in the bridal industry.  The same policy exists for all merchandise.
