Miri Bridal offers a range of bridal services, including the sale and rental of wedding gowns, accessories, and alterations. Our services may also include consultations, fittings, and personalized recommendations.

3. Appointments

To provide the best service, we require appointments for consultations and fittings. Please schedule your appointment in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

4. Orders and Payments

- Orders / Booking: All orders/ booking are subject to availability. We will confirm your order and provide estimated pick up, delivery or pick up times. Custom orders may require additional time.

- Payments: Full payment is required for all order before pick up , postage or delivery We accept various forms of payment such as QR payment, transfer and cash. Payment details are securely processed.

5. Returns and Exchanges

- Gowns and Accessories: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order / booking, please contact us within 1 days of receiving your item for assistance.

- Alterations: Alterations are free for our paid customer and additional charges will incur for frequent alterations. If you are dissatisfied with the alteration services, please notify us promptly to address any concerns.

6. Customer Responsibilities

- Care: To keep our garment in perfect condition, please adhere to the care guidelines provided and handle it gently. To ensure the integrity and quality of our garment, we kindly ask that you do not make any alterations or modifications. Please be advised that any alterations or modifications made to the garment outside of our authorized services may incur additional charges or penalties. To avoid any extra costs, we recommend consulting with us before making any changes.

7. Liability

We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website or communicated to you. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
